1. The Good4you Health Cash Plan

At Westfield Health we understand the importance of keeping you and your family healthy.

About the plan

The Good4you Health Cash Plan helps by providing cover towards the cost of your every day healthcare. You receive cash benefits for day to day health expenses such as dental bills, opticians fees, trips to the chiropractor or physio as well as more serious healthcare needs like day surgery and hospital stays.

What’s covered?
  • Dental fees such as check ups and treatment
  • Optical costs including sight tests, glasses, prescription sunglasses and contact lenses
  • Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Chiropractic, Acupuncture, Homeopathy and Chiropody treatments
  • Money back towards Consultations, Hospital stays, Day surgery and Recuperation
  • Cash lump sum when you or your partner have a baby
  • Cover is also provided for your partner and dependent children for some benefits and services at no extra cost
Extra included benefits
  • GP Telephone Consultation (access to a GP 24hrs a day – every day)
  • Health Club Concession (discounted gym membership)
  • 24 Hour Counselling & Advice Line (includes legal advice)
  • Personal Accident Cover (level 3 and above)
  • A – Z Health site

How does it work?
  • Select a level of cover to suit your needs – there are 5 levels to choose from
  • Pay a set monthly amount by direct debit
  • Receive and pay for your health treatment as normal
  • Complete a claim form and send it to us with your receipt (you have 13 weeks to do this)
  • We will pay your money directly back in to your bank account!
Our commitment to you
  • We will pay all correctly presented claims within 5 days of receiving them

Up to £98 for you and another £98 for your dependent children towards your dental costs
Up to £126 for you and another £126 for your dependent children towards your optical costs
